Creating new polymers for engineering applications together with our customers

Open channels and a close development partnership with our customers form a key aspect of Degussa’s “Polymer Engineering” and its commitment to ensuring the highest possible efficiency in the utilization of highperformance raw materials. Close cooperation ranges from working on finding the initial idea all the way to ensuring large-scale production gets ramped up without a hitch. Here, we partner with vehicle manufacturers, systems suppliers and – if they are not one and the same – component suppliers. In many cases, tool and machine manufacturers are included in the process as well. That is because Degussa believes that true innovation is the result of all competencies working together towards a common goal.
